FA Cup
Borough Through With Ease But Saints Crash Out
Stevenage Borough now face a trip to Wrexham in the 1st Round of the FA Cup after a comfortable victory over Forest Green Rovers at Broadhall Way. George Boyd gave Mark Stimson's team the lead after 38 minutes Steve Morison notching a second half brace before Adam Miller put Borough four up with only 66 minutes gone.
St Albans crashed out at the first attempt going down 2-1 at seasoned cup campaigners Yeading. Tom Davis scored Saints goal from the penalty spot in the last minute.

Blues Poor Run Continues
Ware have now gone four league games without awin after a 2-1 reverse at Waltham Forest. The Blues are now 14th in the table. There was ashock at the top as leaders Harlow were beaten for the first time this season losing 2-0 at home to Aveley.

Hertford Lose Out in Thriller
Hertford were knocked off the top of the table after Edgware came from behind to beat the Blues 3-2. Ryan Redford gave the Blues the lead but the home side fought back to earn all three points despite a Kevin Cooper penalty that took his goal tally to 15. London Colney stay 4th after a 2-2 draw at Biggleswade United while goals from Harry Hunt and Matt Wardle maintained Welwyn Garden City's unbeaten away record as the Citizens won 2-1 at Chalfont. St Margaretsbury have now won just one of their last six the latest headache for manager Ian Harte coming courtesy of a 3-1 home defeat by Kingsbury. Matt Maskell on target for Bury. Colney Heath celebrated their first win in three Martin Standen and James Parratt with the goals that beat Tring Athletic.

Herts Senior County League
With Hertford Heath in cup action Hadley missed out on the chance to pull away at the top of the table going down 2-1 at Sandridge Rovers. Codicote have now lost three of their last four after a 4-1 defeat at Knebworth. Graham and Richard Dove amongst the scorers for the home side. In Division One a brace from Matt Jones and a goal for brother Chris weren't enough to prevent leaders Lemsford going down 5-3 at home to North Mymms. Park Street closed to within a point after beating Little Munden 3-1. Harminder Tumber on target for Munden. Tony Kempster, Stephen Hunt and Steve Coughlan got the goals as Wodson Park won their secomd straight game beating Loughton 3-1. Allenburys had Andrew and Tim Cartwright to thank for their 2-1 win over Croxley Guild.
Craig Woodham scored the only goal of the game as Hatfield Town beat Buntingford 1-0 in the Centenary Trophy while Neil Barella notched a hattrick as Hertford Heath advanced by thrashing Elliott Star 5-1.
