End Of The Road For Rockets
Rye House Rockets bid to retain their Premier League Title is over after a 60-35 defeat at the Norfolk Arena against Kings Lynn. The Stars will now progress to meet Sheffield Tigers in the grand final after a powerful display that left the Rockets well beaten. Only Steve Boxall and Chris Neath could manage heat wins as Kings Lynn made the most of home advantage in front of a big crowd. It was a great achievement by the Rockets who have been forced by injury to use 20 riders during the course of the season to reach the final four of the competition they will now make their final team appearance of the year in a challenge against Mildenhall on Saturday.
