Boyd and Morrison lift Borough
Stevenage Borough are up to 16th in the Conference table after goals from George Boyd and Steve Morison gave them a 2-1 win over Halifax at Broadhall Way. Morison struck after 17 minutes heading home Barry Fuller's left wing cross. the lead lasted just 14 minutes before Ryan Sugden pulled the visitors level. Borough went back in front 5 minutes after the break when Morison turned provider setting up George Boyd who found the net from 12 yards to extend Borough's unbeaten run to three games.

Saints Slide Continues
Two goals from Wayne Purser condemned St Albans to their fifth straight defeat as Colin Lippiatts side continued their fall down the table. after a goaless opening period it was Saints who drew first blood through Paul Hakim. The lead lasted until ten minutes from time when Purser leveled proceedings from inside the box. The former Barnet and Orient striker then sent a screaming right foot shot beyond Paul Bastock to secure the points with six minutes left.

Ware Leave It Late Again
A Jason Coughlan goal right on time kept Ware's unbeaten record in tact as they came away from the Abrahams Stadium with a point after a 2-2 draw against Wingate and Finchley. the home side had taken the lead as early as the second minute through James Allen. Coughlan equalising for the Blues after 21 minutes. Finchley were back in front on the hour when Adam Spenceley put through his own net. Glen Alzapedi's side weren't to be denied as Coughlan came to the rescue with time running out.

Cooper and Redford Double Act Destroys Borough
Kevin Cooper scored 5 and Ryan Redford helped himself to a hattrick as Dave Greenwood's reign as Hertford boss got off to a dream start. Pablo Ardilles scored the odd goal in the Cooper Redford show as Blues demolished Haringey Borough 9-0 to go fourth in the table. London Colney stay fifth despite a 1-0 defeat at Chalfont. Welwyn Garden City are one place below the Blueboys after they maintained their 100% away record winning 4-2 at Royston. Colney Heath took their unbeaten run to three games with a 2-1 win at Biggleswade Town.
In Division One Hoddesdon secured their third win in four 2-0 at Cranfield United.

Herts Senior County League
A Phil Davies goal was enough to give Hertford Heath a share of the points against Hinton. Heath stay second in the table behind Hadley who were held 1-1 by Standon & Puckeridge. Matt Robinson on target for Standon. Kebworth produced the performance of the day with a shock 4-1 win at Hatfield Town. Adam Lamacroft got a brace Towns consolation coming from Dave Hewing. Codicote won a tight encounter with Met Police Bushey Matt Jackson scoring twice.
In Division One Lemsford thumped struggling Cuffley 5-1 to stay two points clear at the top. Plenty of goals in the First Round of the Herts Intermediate Cup, Wodson Park won a 9 goal thriller against Hertford Reserves 5-4 while St Margaretsbury reserves beat Allenburys 6-2. Little Munden are also through 3-1 winners at Markyate tyler Hatherley, James Faint and Robbie Freeman with the goals.
