Saints Appeal Elphick Red
St Albans are hopeful that the red card shown to Gary Elphick during Saturday's 3-1 win at Kidderminster will be reduced to a yellow by the FA allowing him to take his place in Tuesday's meeting with Cambridge United at Clarence Park. Elphick was adjudged to have denied a goal scoring opportunity by referee Stuart Attwell when he handled the ball. The FA have intimated that an appeal would be looked onfavourably with referee Attwell being asked to reconsider his decision.
