Nationwide Conference

Still No win For Stimson
Stevenage Borough 3 Forest Green 3

A last minute equaliser by Steve Morison saved Borough's blushes and left manager Mark Stimson still looking for his first Conference win. Everything looked rosy when Borough raced into a two goal lead through Morison and George Boyd but the visitors struck back thanks to Alan Russell's twenty yard drive and Simon Clyst's close range effort. When headed Forest Green in front after 54 minutes the home crowd feared the worst but Morison's last minute intervention got Stevenage out of jail.

Hakim Cracker Gives Saints The Points
St Albans 1 Tamworth 0

A Paul Hakim goal after 32 minutes was enough to give Saints their first home win in the Conference. Hakim curled a shot into the bottom right hand corner of the net after being put clear by a Lee Clarke pass. Saints were rarely in trouble against shot shy opponents with Mark Williams producing the visitors only effort of note.
