A Darryn Stamp goal in the second minute of the match earned Stevenage Borough a valuable point at leaders Accrington Stanley. Stamp headed home Jon Nurses right wing cross to stun the home crowd with just 1minute and 50 seconds gone. The Leaders had to wait until 12 minutes from time to draw level things to Andy Todd's right footed effort. By then Accrington were down to 10 men after Leam Richardson had been dismissed for serious foul play. The point keeps Borough clinging on to the final play off place 3 points clear of Morecambe.

Ware's hopes of the title took a severe blow as they went down 2-0 in the top of the table clash against Brook House at Wodson Park. it was the Blues first league defeat since November. Dean papali fired the visitors in front after 55 minutes, Kevin Chakadodza making sure of the points with a close range effort right on time. In a game of few clear opportunities John Frendo wasted Ware's best denied by keeper Kieron Jimmy's legs when set up by Chris Ellerbeck after 22 minutes. Ware are still top of the table 5 points clear of Brook House who have 3 games in hand.

's recent run of form came to an end when they were beaten 3-2 at Aylesbury Vale. the Citizens are now 9th in the Premier Division table. St Margaretsbury slumped to their fourth straight defeat 2-1 at home to Holmer Green while things got no better for London Colney their 2-0 reverse at home to Ruislip Manor means the Blueboys have gone six without a win.

Herts Senior County League
Hatfield Town haven't given up hopes of snatching the title from runaway leaders Whitewebbs after a comfortable 3-0 win at Chipperfield. Lewis Field scored a brace Aidy Hamill adding the third. Buntingford took their winning streak to 8 games to stay third. Two goals from Gary Christie proving too much for Evergreen. A bad day at the office for Codicote who slip to 9th after a 3-0 defeat at Bushey Rangers. While Little Munden continue to battle for survival a James Faint goal giving them a share of the points at Hinton. Standon and Puckeridge won the top of the table clash in Division One beating Hertford Heath 3-2. Knebworth stay third Jason Drackford's 29th goal of the season giving them a point at Bovingdon. no joy for Lemsford in the Presidents Cup beaten 5-2 at Buckhurst Hill.
