Boxall and Neath See Rockets To Trophy
The Rye House Rockets picked up their first silverware of the season on their opening appearance at Hoddesdon. A 50-41 victory over Mildenhall gave the Rockets a comfortable 13 point agrregate win in the Herts/Suffolk Trophy. The home side didn't have it all their own way though with the Fen Tigers holding a 2 point lead going into Heat 7. A maximum from Jamie Courtney and Steve Boxall put the Rockets back in front and despite 14 points from former Rye House man Danny King Mildenhall couldn't get on level terms again. Boxall and Chris Neath were both in good form but Promoter Len Silver will be hoping the rest of the team can find some consistency ahead of Fridays Premier Trophy opener at Somerset.
