Herts Senior County League Roundup

Goals from Adam Scanlon and Mark Walsh took Codicote to second place in the Premier table after a 2-1 win at Hatfield Town. Jim Bundys team are 20 points adrift of leaders Whitewebbs who drew 2-2 at home to Bushey Rangers. Buntingford’s good run continued as they beat Bedmond 4-2 at the Bury. Bellingham, Garner and a brace from Carl Smith did the damage for Town who’ve now won their last 3. Little Munden were in the goals again sharing 6 with Chipperfield Corinthians. Ian Baker, James Faint and Darren Shanley on target. In Division One Standon and Puckeridge and Hertford Heath continue to battle it out at the top. Standon stayed in pole position thanks to a 3-2 win over North Mymms. Heath are just one point behind in second place two goals apiece for Steve Casha and Dan Perry giving them a 4-2 victory against Allenburys. Jason Drackford’s 26th goal of the season wasn’t good enough to prevent Knebworth going down to their first defeat in 11 games 3-2 at Sarratt. Lemsford stay fifth after a 1-1 draw at Old Parmiterians.
