Herts Senior County League Roundup

A goal from Lewis Field and a Dan Stewart double saw Hatfield Town comfortably through to the third round of the Herts Centenary Trophy beating Sun Postal 3-0. No joy for Little Munden though beaten 4-1 at Hadley. Buntingford also scored three withour reply to progress in the Aubrey Cup at the expense of St Peters. Codicote though bowed out of the Anagram Feeder Leagues Trophy 3-0 at home to Epping. In the Premier Division with leaders Whitewebbs and Hatfield Town in cup action Bedmond missed the chance to go second in the table being held 1-1 by Wormley Rovers. Hertford Heath are the new leaders in Division One after beating Standon & Puckeridge 3-2. Kebworth are just a point behind the leaders after a 5-2 win at Lemsford. James Drackford scored a brace as Knebworth recorded their fifth win on the trot. It was also a good day for Allenburys who bounced back from last weeks defeat at Sarratt to beat Croxley Guild 2-0
