Rockets Tame Tigers
Silver Ski Rockets stormed into the semi finals of speedways Premier League Knockout Cup by taking 11 of the 15 race wins. Leading by only 6 points from the Hoddesdon leg, Edward Kennett began with a 5-1, the first of 5, and as the home team responded to level Brent Werner and Daniel King regained the lead in Heat 3.
Heat 5 saw Stuart Robson and Kennett ram home the visitors advantage and from there Rockets never looked in danger.
By a drawn Heat 11 the tie was won to secure the teams best result of the season
