Rockets Shoot Down Racers After Early Shock

Rye House Rockets maintained thier unbeaten home record against a spirited Reading Racers line up. Missing Grand prix star Matej Zagar the Hoddesdon crowd were expecting a comfortable time against the depleted Racers. A determined show by Frenchman Mat Tresarrieu and Zdenek Simota saw the visitors only 2 points adrift at the half way stage but with skipper Brent Werner and Tommy Allen leading the way the Rockets posted 6 maximums in the last 7 heats to take the league points.
