Rockets Through in Style
Premier League Knock Out Cup
Rye House Rockets 57 Edinburgh Monarchs 33
Rockets win 100-80 on aggregate
Rye House Rockets booked a place in the Quarter Finals of the Knock Out Cup with a comfortable home victory over the Monarchs. Edward Kennett celebrated his call up to the GB squad with a paid maximum while Chris Neath and Daniel King both returned double figure scores. It was another impressive display particularly in the absence of skipper Brent Werner who was away travelling to Latvia ahead of his appearance in the USA World Cup Team tommorow. After a cagey start 4 home maximums in 5 heats gave the Rockets an advantage they never looked like surrendering. Rye House now meet holders Hull or Glasgow in the next round.
