Allen and Boxall Hurt as Rockets Crash

Rye House Rockets suffered their first Premier League defeat of the season after a disastorous Heat 2 collision cost them the services of both reserves Steve Boxall and Tommy Allen. Allen suffered severe concussion while Boxall will be missing for at least a week after bruising a hip. After the crash the Rockets were forced to go into several heats with only one rider costing them any chance of victory or the all important bonus point. The management are now anxiously trying to put together a reserve pairing for Saturdays all important home meeting against high flying Newcastle.
