Classy Rockets Come Good in the End

Rye House Rockets 55 Glasgow Tigers 40
Rye House Rockets maintained their position at the top of the Premier League but they were made to fight for the points by a stubborn Glasgow Tigers outfit. Just 2 points seperated the teams after the opening 7 heats but then a home maximum in Heat 8 from Edward Kennett and Daniel King opened up a gap Glasgow couldn't close. In the end the Tigers paid the price for being a two man team with the excellent George Stancl and the all action Shane Parker too often lacking support. Daniel King who scored paid 14 in his last appearance at reserve and Stuart Robson were the pick of the Rockets.
